Shipping Policy

When you order from Nord & Co, the delivery time may differ from what you are accustomed to. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, leading to significant savings on storage and transportation costs. Thanks to this, we can offer very competitive prices for our products.

Below are our estimated delivery times for all shipments:


Shipping Costs

Free delivery for orders over 500,-  DKK We cover the shipping costs completely for all orders over 500,- DKK For orders under this amount, standard shipping costs apply of 40 DKK. Additionally, we offer you the option to insure your delivery for an extra fee to ensure additional protection during transport.

Pickup and Delivery

The customer is responsible for picking up the goods they have purchased within the period specified at the time of purchase. If delivery is chosen, the customer must provide accurate delivery information and be ready to receive the goods upon their arrival.

Unclaimed Goods

If goods are not picked up within 7 days after the notification that they are ready for pickup, they are considered undeliverable. If the goods are not picked up for more than 7 days, Nord & Co reserves the right to dispose of, sell, or otherwise handle the goods at its discretion. Costs for storage, disposal, or sale of undelivered goods may be charged to the customer.

Return and Cancellation

No refunds or cancellations are made for non-modest items unless required by law. The deposit paid for the goods is forfeited if the goods are not picked up within the period.

30-Day Return Policy

All our customers benefit from a 30-day return policy on every order. These 30 days start from the date you receive the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days, giving you ample time to inspect the product and decide whether to keep it or return it.

Return Process

If you want to return a product, it must be in its original condition and original packaging. This is required to ensure that the product can be properly processed. Products that are damaged, used beyond normal testing, or whose packaging is damaged cannot be returned.

Liability

Nord & Co is not responsible for loss, damage, or destruction of goods that are not picked up after the specified pickup time.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of the order. After 24 hours, cancellation of the order is no longer possible as all orders are shipped within 24 hours and your order is already on its way. Once you receive your order, you can return it at any time.
